Current
"Section Six: Game Administration 
  
6.1 Game Sign In 
  
All players are required to sign in to Columbus in Darkness by providing their name, character name, Home Chronicle, and indicating the amount of Blood received during the Feeding Test. Players are responsible for paying a $2 game fee from players during the sign in process, this fee is waived for new players their first month of play."

Changing to the following:

"Section Six: Game Administration 
  
6.1 Game Sign In 
  
All players are required to sign in to Columbus in Darkness by providing their name, character name, Home Chronicle, and indicating the amount of Blood received during the Feeding Test. Game fees will be collected from players by staff during this process."

ALSO this proposal will add 

"Section Six: Game Administration 

6.5 Game fees

Staff will collect a $2 per session game fee from players during the sign in process, this fee is waived for new players their first month of play. Event games are exempt from normal game fee regulations at staff discretion. Players may elect to pay for a month in advance however payment for days not attended will not carry over to the next month. Staff will make information regarding game funds available to the player base at round table meetings. Twice a year a  simple majority vote will be held on the same ballot as player representative retention votes to determine if Columbus in Darkness wishes to continue collecting a per player game fee. The Head Storyteller may at their discretion suspend or reduce game fee collections for all players as whole in Columbus in Darkness until the next game fee vote."
